FAQ about the Concerts for a Cause

  1. Are tickets required for entry?
    Yes. In order to maximize the dollars raised for charity, starting with the 2016 concert season a ticket will be required for entry. Tickets start at $5 if purchased online in advance. Tickets at the door will start at $10.
  2. Can I bring my own snacks/drinks?
    There is no outside food or beverage allowed. This includes water bottles. BE PREPARED FOR YOUR BAGS TO BE CHECKED AT THE DOOR. Complimentary water stations are available. There are multiple vendors with an array of food and beverage items for purchase.
  3. Should I bring my own chair?
    Yes, general admission is responsible for their own seating, people bring blankets and camping chairs and can set-up in designated areas. It is first come, first serve for seating so get there when the gates open and get your spot! All table seating is reserved for sponsors and those that purchased VIP seating.
  4. Is this event pet friendly?
    YES! This is a pet friendly event. In fact, we strongly encourage you to bring your pet as there are many activities for them to enjoy!
  5. How does the charity make money?
    All net proceeds from ticket sales and sponsorships are divided between the charities selected for that season.
  6. How do I get my charity involved?
    All charities must submit an application to participate. 2017 applications are open March 16, 2017 through April 14, 2017. Contact us to be added to our charity contact list.
  7. Are there areas marked off for 21 and over?
    As you enter the concert, someone will check your id and give you a bracelet if you are 21 and over. This does not mean you have to drink alcohol, you will just be able to enter the bar area and the beer garden with the bracelet. Children are not allowed in the beer garden and there is security placed by the entrances to check for bracelets.
  8. Is the festival family friendly?
    Yes! General admission is the most family friendly with areas designated for kids to play. Pawchella has a community feel while providing something for everyone! There are also 21 and over areas. Be sure to be ready to have your ID checked at the door.
